Fez Real Estate seeks an Administrative Assistant to accompany its agents in the marketing and selling of houses and riads in the Fez medina. Fez Real Estate is a small business with an established reputation and an international team.

Tasks include:

Create and publish property listings
Answer inquiries by telephone, WhatsApp and in person
Coordinate visits
Post property listings on social media and other real estate apps

Requirements:

Education: Bac +2 or the equivalent in office experience
Technical skills: Proficiency in basic computer software and office tools (Excel, Word)
Personal qualities: Organizational skills, thoroughness, discretion, and teamwork skills
Languages: French and English. Fluency in one or the other is a plus
