We are recruiting for our client, a multinational digital services company and IT consulting company , a Service Desk Analyst – Spanish and Portuguese Speaker for a permanent contract (CDI) in Rabat (100% on-site).

Key Responsibilities :

Order Processing & Validation:

Review and validate order line items based on SAP/Client CRM product configurations.
Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Process orders while ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

Logistics & Customer Service:

Track shipped orders end-to-end and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure proper documentation of order notes in SAP/CRM.
Close orders upon client confirmation and maintain accurate records.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
Deliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communication.
Ensure smooth email coordination with clients/customers in English.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.

Languages:

Fluent in Portuguese, and English (written & spoken). Or Portuguese and Spanish (written & spoken).

Technical Skills:

Strong SAP knowledge (CRM & ECC modules: ZMTO_ORD_Status, MD04, ME23N, ME53N, CRMD Order).
System affinity with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot SAP-related processes.
Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical thinking.

Experience:

Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain.

Soft Skills:

Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to see connections and determine the impact of different steps in the supply chain.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
