As our newest Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the brand! You’ll combine friendly inbound support with proactive outbound interactions. Whether you’re answering questions via phone and email or scheduling important appointments, you’ll ensure every client leaves with a smile.

Your Responsibilities

Be the First Contact: Provide fast, friendly service as the primary point of contact for clients. ✨
Inbound Admin: Respond to customer requests via phone and email, offering tailored solutions.
Outbound Action: Proactively schedule appointments and activate service options. ️✅
Administrative Flow: Ensure correct follow-up and documentation for all client requests.
Team Spirit: Collaborate effectively to maintain a safe, reliable, and positive experience for everyone.

Your Profile

Language Master: Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) with a good command of English. ️
Customer-Centric: Empathic, communicative, and solution-oriented. ❤️
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking under pressure.
Reliable: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this role. ✅
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are very welcome!
