Trim Specialist

Adient Kenitra is seeking an experienced STS Engineer to join our TRIM Engineering department.

What will your responsibilities be

Develop patterns for prototype and serial production trim covers using CAD systems.
Support product releases by generating and updating BOMs in the TPDM database.
Assist the STS project team in defining foam pads and trim attachment concepts.
Support Cut & Sew and JIT plants during production launch.
Cut & Sew and trim seat covers for prototypes and sample seats.
Cooperate in the generation and update of DFMEA.
Support line trials and test requirements.
Maintain health safety and quality standards.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees

Technical education in textiles clothing or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in automotive trim development.
Strong technical skills and material knowledge.
English (Basic to fluent)
Excellent communication teamwork and leadership abilities
