We're looking for a Senior Observability & Automation Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Cloud team . If you're passionate about building resilient , automated , and observable IT platforms while driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you .

Key Responsibilities :

Design and evolve enterprise observability platforms.
Administer and optimize Dynatrace and Zabbix environments .
Build monitoring strategies across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
Develop automation and self- healing solutions using modern scripting and Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ).
Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM solutions.
Support Cloud transformation and Kubernetes initiatives.
Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents.
Produce operational dashboards , KPIs, and performance reports.
Participate in architecture reviews and mentor technical teams .
Ensure the availability and reliability of critical monitoring platforms.
