GENESYS Architect (M/F)

We are looking for GENESYS Architect profiles / CVs to share with our clients for their future recruitment campaigns.
Mission:
- Deep and relevant expertise on Genesis Cloud services, along with contact center industry experience.
- Be the direct point of technical contact to provide high-quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain integration and Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge and experience on Cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
- Experience with software development and one or more development or scripting languages (e.g. Java. Golang, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell).
- Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with production implementations on public Cloudproviders within large enterprises.
- Design, create and/or troubleshoot and support Genesys products.
- Develop, maintain, implement and support complex Contact Centre solutions involving web services.
- Contribute to the solution architectural design, amongst other disaster recovery and high availability.
- Automation of deployment and migration tasks.
Profil recherché pour le poste : GENESYS Architect (M/F)
- Bachelors degree in Cloud Computing or related.
- 5+ years of technical experience working on Genesis Cloud Services and contact center.
- Any relevant certifications in VMware, Network, Security will be added advantage.
- Genesis Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Genesys Routing (IRD/URS).
- Experience with Genesys Composer & ORS.
- Hands on experience with design & development of routing strategies.
- Hands on experience with focus on various Genesys technologies & solutions.
- Network and system knowledge are essential.
- Understand of the system architecture. Given a requirement be able to come up with the architecture, ability to suggest solutions and identify loopholes in system. Need to have holistic view of system -and develop effective solutions.
- Plan, scope, size, architect, design, prototype and engineer Genesys framework components.
