Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client calls, providing empathetic support and legal guidance.
• Collect detailed information and assess client eligibility for claims.
• Assist clients with completing necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our case management system.
• Manage a caseload of Criminal Injuries Compensation cases
• Maintain high standards of client care and legal practice

Profil

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Must be currently living in Marrakech.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Salary: 4,000 – 6,000 DH per month
