Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
What your background should look like:
Educational Degree Technician in maintenance and electricity
Professional Experience (years in what processes and function)
More than 3 years of professional experience in the field of GFS
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
• five or more years of facilities hands-on experience.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetical ability.
• Organizational skills, time management and inter personal relationship skills.
• Be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and their use.
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work 75% inside and 25% outside.
Other important things to note: he can move between TE plant according to the instructions of his manager
