Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor - Telecommunications

We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a major telecommunications project in Rabat, Morocco.

In this role, you will support customers via phone and email, helping with general enquiries, technical troubleshooting, complaints, and product-related questions. You will also identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services, combining excellent customer support with a commercial approach.

Your Role

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide professional and customer-focused support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions
• Handle complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services
• Support sales and cross-selling activities when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Follow established support procedures and quality standards
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance objectives
• Work effectively within an international and multicultural customer service environment

Your Qualifications

• Dutch at B2/C1 level or higher
• English skills are considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable providing technical troubleshooting
• Confident handling customer complaints and challenging situations
• Commercial mindset and comfortable identifying relevant sales opportunities
• Good computer skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or a call centre is an advantage but not mandatory
• Education or previous professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Currently based in Morocco or willing to relocate to Rabat
• Valid right to work in Morocco required, as visa sponsorship is not provided

The Offer

• Indefinite employment contract
• 6-month probation period
• 44-hour working week
• Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays
• 4 weeks of initial training, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
