Customer Service Representative
En tant que Customer Service Representative , vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié entre nos clients, l’équipe commerciale et le département logistique. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir la satisfaction client et la fluidité des opérations.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
Formation : Bac +3 en Commerce, Gestion, ou domaine équivalent.
Expérience : 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire (customer service, logistique, ou gestion des stocks).
Compétences :
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de commandes et de suivi des stocks.
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capacité à analyser des données et à produire des rapports clairs.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale.
- Sens du service client et orientation solutions.
- Rigueur, organisation et réactivité.
Contrat : CDI
