Logistic Associate - Tétouan

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Associate in Tetuan, Morocco, to report to the Manufacturing Services Manager.
Responsibilities :

• You will be fully responsible for logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain deliveries.
• You will manage all inbound and outbound deliveries of leaf, non-tobacco materials, spare parts, finished goods, and machinery.
• Coordinating documentation and communicate daily operations with suppliers, agencies, and customers, while promptly addressing delivery issues.
• You will organize shipments based on requested delivery dates and ensure timely Moroccan customs clearance, managing the circulation of related documents and minimizing storage costs.
• You will create weekly and daily delivery plans, maintain compliance with customs regulations, and prepare monthly freight and clearance cost data for Outlook & Annual Strategic Plan studies & cycles.
• Collaboration with Finance and Accounting will be crucial for timely invoice handling and ensuring all logistics invoices are settled.

• University (Masters) Degree in industrial Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a logistics role or supply chain position (FMCG sector is a plus).
• Excellent English, French, and Arabic.
• Excellent MS Office tools (Excel), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong skills ownership and drive to have things done
