Inbound Dutch Language Support Representative (Tangier, Morocco)

Are you a passionate communicator with fluent Dutch language skills and a desire to work in a diverse and international environment? Do you strive to provide exceptional customer service and enjoy building positive relationships? If so, then this exciting opportunity is for you!
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Tangier, Morocco!

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service: Answer inbound calls and emails from customers in Dutch.
• Effectively handle inquiries and requests: Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Resolve issues and complaints: Work collaboratively with customers to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate information: Provide clear and concise answers to customer questions about products or services.
• Maintain data accuracy: Utilize CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions and data.
• Perform administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Profil Recherché

• 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound customer service or a similar role.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Customer-centric and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
