The Local Onsite IT Support will play a vital role within our Global ICT team, delivering hands-on support for all hardware needs. This position involves managing various aspects of IT support including troubleshooting, hardware repair, configuration, onboarding/offboarding, deployment, asset management, and procurement.

The IT Specialist will also liaise with IT vendors and offer end-user support while working closely with the service delivery team located in the Philippines.

- Key Responsibilities:

... Onsite IT Support:
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues.
Provide prompt and accurate assistance to end users.
Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of support tickets.

... IT Asset Management:
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets (computers, monitors, printers, peripherals, software).
Manage the deployment, retrieval, and reassignment of IT equipment.
Coordinate IT asset procurement with vendors.

... Hardware Support:
Troubleshoot and perform repairs or replacements on faulty equipment.
Collaborate with vendors for warranty-based repairs or replacements.

... End User Support:
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
Train users and provide technical support for common issues.
Install, test, and troubleshoot user hardware, network devices, printers/scanners, and presentation equipment.

... Collaboration:
Work with the Global ICT team on technology rollouts and implementations.
Partner closely with the service delivery team in the Philippines to ensure smooth IT operations.

Profil Recherché

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a global team. 
Knowledge of IT Hardware, IT asset management, Microsoft 365,  
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues. 
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. 
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. 
Willingness to stay up to date with the latest technologies and IT best practices.
