You, as an Inbound Customer Service Agent will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers. Your role involves identifying customer needs and providing quick, effective solutions. Occasionally, you will also be required to close sales. You'll be part of a team that values excellence, adaptability, and employee well-being, driving success through continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the team manager, their main tasks include the following:
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Actively listening to customers
- Identifying their needs, analyzing requests, and providing appropriate guidance
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service quality
- Ensuring both quantitative and qualitative project objectives are met
Requirements
- Excellent command of Flemish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- English (C1)
- Strong reasoning and argumentation skills
- Commercially driven mindset
- Strong listening abilities
- Empathy is a must
- Previous experience in telemarketing (inbound calls) is preferred.
