Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in defining and validating the detailed manufacturing process for new products, ensuring industrial excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, engineering, quality, and supply chain), lead process improvements during series production, and support the industrialization of product and process evolutions.

You’ll specifically take care of developing industrial deliverables such as work instruction sheets, task sequencing, and time studies, but also manage technical modifications and provide industrial support in production.

We’ll look to you for:

Estimating methods-allocated time for manufacturing.
Creating industrial deliverables like work instructions, labels, and tooling documentation.
Participating in P-FMEA and ensuring robust process development.
Sequencing workstation tasks and calculating precise manufacturing times.
Providing industrial support to meet production and shipping commitments.
Industrializing retrofits after technical modifications, including routing and tooling updates.
Supporting production teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) goals.
Leading continuous improvement workshops to optimize production performance.
Conducting time studies and balancing operations for complex tasks.
Analyzing and applying changes to production documents for efficiency gains.

All about you

Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing processes or a similar role.
Proficiency in tools such as Catia, AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
Strong understanding of industrialization processes and manufacturing documentation.
Experience in conducting time studies and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Fieldwork excellence and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivation, autonomy, and strong leadership qualities.
