We are looking for an Office Manager / Secretary.

As the CEO’s Secretary , you will play a vital role in keeping daily operations on track . You'll handle a range of responsibilities including communication, scheduling , and coordination — all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism .

Responsibilities :

Manage the CEO’s calendar , schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Organize travel plans, bookings , and logistics
Draft emails , reports, and documents on behalf of the CEO
Screen and prioritize incoming communications
Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during key discussions
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Act as a reliable gatekeeper and support system for the CEO
