• Rappel des clients non financé, actualisation de la demande, mise en relation avec un conseiller spécialisé en fonction du profil pour favoriser les chances d’aboutir
• Engager des relances téléphoniques et email pour obtenir les informations manquantes
• Fournir un service client de haute qualité en répondant aux questions et aux préoccupations des clients de manière professionnelle
• Fournir des informations et des rapports précis sur les progrès réalisés dans la relance des clients non financés
Profil Recherché
• Excellente communication orale, sens de l’écoute et capacité à instaurer un climat de confiance avec le client.
• Maîtrise des techniques de relance téléphonique et de suivi client.
• Aisance avec les outils de gestion et de reporting (CRM, tableurs…).
• Rigueur et méthode dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs dossiers.
• Vous êtes engagé(e) et professionnel(le).
