Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client, une entreprise innovante évoluant dans le secteur des technologies de l'information (IT), recherche un(e) Head of People pour piloter l'ensemble de la stratégie RH et accompagner la croissance de l'organisation.
Missions principales
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie People en cohérence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Accompagner les managers sur les sujets liés au recrutement, à la gestion des talents et au développement des équipes.
- Élaborer et déployer des politiques RH favorisant l'engagement, la performance et la rétention des collaborateurs.
- Superviser l'ensemble des processus RH : recrutement, intégration, gestion de la performance, formation, mobilité, rémunération et développement des compétences.
- Développer une culture d'entreprise forte, en phase avec les valeurs et les ambitions de l'organisation.
- Mettre en place des indicateurs RH et assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction Générale.
- Garantir la conformité avec la législation sociale et les bonnes pratiques RH.
- Accompagner les projets de transformation, de conduite du changement et de croissance de l'entreprise.
- Promouvoir la marque employeur et optimiser l'expérience collaborateur.
Profil :
- Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Management, École de Commerce ou équivalent.
- Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en Ressources Humaines, dont une expérience significative en tant que Head of People, HR Business Partner Senior ou Responsable RH.
- Expérience impérative dans une entreprise du secteur IT, Tech, Digital ou Software.
- Solide expertise en acquisition de talents, développement des talents, gestion de la performance et transformation organisationnelle.
- Leadership reconnu, excellentes capacités de communication et d'influence.
- Français et anglais courants (l'anglais est indispensable).
